Semi-electric Stacker  is an industrial material handling vehicle powered by battery. It is a very useful and essential equipment for transporting pallets and containers. This  series have gained the CE certificate, and is designed to operate in narrow passages and limited space. They are ideal to use for loading and unloading. It features easy operation with little noise and pollution than trucks, and low malfunction rate.

This Semi-Electric Pallet Stacker is suited for intensive handling and continuous lifting. The compact design and smooth steering ensures a small turning radius 1500mm (60inch） and easy operation.

Common faults and solutions：

1. The speed of the drive wheel of the stacker is significantly lower or the drive motor is seriously overloaded.

Check the reason: the battery voltage is too low or the contact resistance of the pile head is too large; the carbon deposit between the motor commutator causes short circuit between the sheets; the motor brake is not properly adjusted to make the motor run with brake; the drive head gear box and bearing lack lubrication or The base is blocked; the motor armature is shorted.

Treatment method: Check the battery terminal voltage or wash the pile head when the load of the stacker is high; clean the commutator; adjust the brake gap; check the cleaning and refill the lubricating oil, remove the jamming phenomenon; exchange the new motor.

2. the stacker is not able to lift or lift

Check the reason: the gear pump and the pump are over-wearing; the overflow valve in the reversing valve is not high pressure; the oil pressure line is leaking; the hydraulic oil temperature is too high; the gantry carriage has signs of jamming; the oil pump motor speed is too low .

Treatment method: change the wear or gear pump; re-adjust the solution and repair; replace the unqualified hydraulic oil and check the cause of the oil temperature rise; check and mediate; check the motor and remove the obstruction.

3.  the stacking of the door frame is difficult to tilt automatically or the movement is not smooth enough

For the sake of investigation: the cylinder wall and the sealing ring are excessively worn; the valve stem spring in the reversing valve is ineffective; the piston is stuck in the cylinder wall or the piston rod is bent; the scale in the tilting cylinder is excessive or the sealing member is too tight.

Solution: Replace O-ring or cylinder; replace qualified spring; replace damaged parts; clean and adjust.

4.  the oil pump pressure is insufficient or the rate is too slow

Check the reason: the seal ring inside the pump cover groove is damaged, the internal leakage is excessive; the gear wears; the oil pump motor speed decreases; there is foreign matter in the pipeline blocked.

Treatment method: Replace the oil pump; check the commutator, remove the carbon deposit between the sheets, adjust the position of the carbon brush; check and clean.

5.  electrical equipment is not abnormal

Check the reason: the micro-switch in the electrical box is damaged or the position is improperly adjusted; the main circuit fuse or the control electric appliance fuse is blown; the battery voltage is too low; the contactor contacts are singed, or too much dirt causes poor contact; the contact does not move.

Treatment method: change the micro switch, re-adjust the position; exchange the same type fuse; recharge; repair the contact, adjust or change the contactor; check the contactor coil for open circuit or change the contactor.
